    Thank you for considering the Pima County Health Department as a partner for your community event.

    The mission of the Pima County Health Department is to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our community through leadership, collaboration, and education. We strive to be client-focused, community-centered, evidence-based and Integrated.

    Our commitment to community outreach and education is key. We promise to do our best to participate in your event, given that it aligns with our mission and goals. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our ability to honor your request is based on staffing, date and target audience. The form only acts as a notification to the appropriate person or programs to request participation.

    Requests can include Health Department participation in community events, presentations or speakers for a specific topic.

    Guidelines:
    • All organizations must complete the Community Outreach Event Request Form.
    • Requests must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the event. Requests within a shorter time frame will be accommodated if possible.
    • If your event is later in the year, please return to complete the form closer to the event date.
    Once your event form is submitted, you will be contacted to confirm availability for your request or for clarifying questions about your request.
