In 1988, the Board of Directors established the Flood Control District Advisory Committee (FCDAC) with the intent of obtaining broader public participation into the decision-making process. The twelve-member committee is made up of citizens and professionals from across the community and includes representatives for each of the incorporated jurisdictions, Indian Nations and unincorporated areas of Pima County. The Committee makes recommendations to the Board on a variety of flood control and floodplain management issues. The Committee's regular meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month. A list of the members and who they represent can be found on the FCDAC Members page.
FCDAC meetings are subject to Arizona Open Meetings Laws.
