MISSION: To review and recommend retirement benefits for corrections officer retirement members.

AUTHORIZATION: A.R.S. §38-893; Board Bylaws/Rules/Procedures.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION: 5 members

• Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, or the Chairman's designee (approved by the Board of Supervisors) as Chairman
• 2 members elected by secret ballot by members employed by the participating County in a designated position
• 2 citizens, one of whom shall be the head of the Merit System (appointed by the Chairman and approved by the Board of Supervisors)
