    The Application for a Fireworks Permit is filed in the Clerk of the Board's Office for events conducted in unincorporated Pima County. The Clerk will obtain the required recommendation from the Pima Regional Bomb Squad and will schedule placement of the permit on a Board of Supervisors meeting agenda for approval. Please review Pima County Code Section 9.04 for regulations.
