    • Off Track Pari-Mutuel Wagering Location

    The establishment requesting Off Track Pari-Mutuel wagering permit must first contact the respective racing facility that they will be conducting business. The racing facility will submit the following documents to the Clerk of the Board's Office for Off Track betting that will be conducted in unincorporated Pima County:

    • A letter from applicant seeking approval to use a facility owned or leased by the Requestor to handle pari-mutuel wagering
    • Racetrack Permit(s)
    • Teletrack Wagering Agreement between Requestor and facility
    • Plan of Operation/exhibits (floor plan, pictures, maps)
    • Off-Track Betting Information Guide
    • List of Off-Track Pari-Mutuel Wagering Sites
    The Clerk will schedule placement on a Board of Supervisors meeting agenda to obtain local governing body approval. Upon approval, the application is returned to the racing facility for further processing by the Arizona Department of Gaming (ADG).
