  • Zoning Verification Letter

    How do I request a Zoning Verification Letter?

    1. Prepare and provide the following for electronic submittal OR  requests may be submitted in person: 
    • Prepare the request letter and be specific, ie, the zoning of the property, the use of the property, legal non-conforming status, current or past violations, etc.
         2.   Submit your electronic request letter to DSDPlanning@pima.gov OR  bring your application to the
               1st floor Planning Division.

         3.  Pay the fee in accordance with Table 1 – Public Hearing, Review & Processing fees, item 31.  For
               electronic submittal, a record will be opened and an email containing an invoice with the 
               record number for making payment through the online payment portal will be sent to the
