Environmental Education TeamThe Environmental Education Program is just one facet of the community services and facilities managed by Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation (NRPR). The principle goal of the NRPR Environmental Education team is to provide meaningful experiences to promote Sonoran Desert conservation, elevate environmental and cultural resource literacy, and encourage use of the Natural Resource Parks system.

A skilled team of educators and dedicated volunteers provide a wide range of educational and interpretive opportunities to reach the broadest possible audience. The programming elements are divided into areas of interest such as: Park Interpretive Programs, School Programs, Youth and Family Programs, Adult and Volunteer Programs, and Community Outreach.

If you have questions about the NRPR Environmental Education program please feel free to contact any of the staff listed below.
