    The Summit View Elementary School Safe Routes to School Project will involve the placement of an eight-foot wide asphalt bicycle and pedestrian pathway. Minor landscaping will be included in front of the school and other selected areas. An existing school crosswalk with pedestrian safety lighting will be relocated west of its existing location near the end of the school property at South Vanessa Lane. This project will result in improved connectivity to and from the school and subdivisions. The entire project will be ADA compliant. Work is expected to be completed by early 2017.
