To promote stability and revitalize stressed communities through the funding of small capital improvement projects selected through a community consensus process.

The Neighborhood Reinvestment Program is a bond-funded program that revitalizes neighborhoods with small community-based capital improvement projects such as sidewalks, park improvements, and street lighting improvements.

In addition to providing organizing assistance to communities through its community-based project application process, Neighborhood Reinvestment Program staff are also leveraging their community contacts and organizing skills to assist communities at all different capacity levels.
