    Notice to all Vendors Entering County Buildings:

    Pima County Vendors and members of the public are reminded that there is a mask requirement for any persons entering a County building or building located on County property. These requirements are pursuant to the following:
    Pima County Administrative Procedure 3-35, Face Masks for Employees as Well as Members of the Public Accessing County Facilities. 
    County Administrator’s Memorandum dated August 10, 2021 titled Reinstatement of Mask Requirement for Persons Entering County Buildings. 
    County Vendors (and their subcontractors) are asked to limit on-site staff who will have contact with Pima County staff or the public, to those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Your cooperation in this effort is appreciated in order to maintain a safe environment for those working and accessing County buildings.

    Contracts

    The Procurement Department has transitioned from eContracts to OnBase as the official contract database for Pima County. You may search in OnBase by a variety of methods, such as Department Name (Doc_Dept_CD), Contract Number (Doc_ID_AMS), Vendor Name (Doc_ID_AMS), Description (Doc_ID_AMS) or Board of Supervisors Meeting Date (BOS_Date). You may narrow your results by refining your criteria. When you find the contract you would like to view, simply click on it to view/print the contract image.
