    Who can enroll?

    • Any woman who is pregnant
    • Any woman or family who has a child under age 2


    Who We Are

    Pima County Health Department is pleased to offer two home visiting programs for soon-to-be moms and families with young children.

    Health Start
    Community Health Workers are the heart of Health Start. They know the community and resources available to help you be the best parent you can be. They serve pregnant and/or postpartum women with children under age 2.

    Nurse Family Partnership
    New moms are partnered with their own personal nurse who will provide education and support to help you be the best mom you can be. Nurse-Family Partnership serves women who are less than 28 weeks pregnant with their first child.
