Function
The Revenue Management division is responsible for increasing the County's revenues through improved efficiency and collections, and assisting the Board of Supervisors and County managers in the effective discharge of their responsibilities.
Description of Services
Revenue Management provides services that include: billing for, collection of, accounting for, and managing of a variety of debts due to County departments, including sewer user fees; submission of quarterly reports to the Board of Supervisors regarding the status of such receivables; monitoring, distributing, and reporting on revenue streams, such as impact, permit, review, and inspection fees; providing collection services to past due accounts; and planning, organizing, and coordinating all phases of the improvement district process.
Program Goals and Objectives
- To provide excellent customer service.
- To provide accurate and timely invoices for all revenue due to the County.
- To process all deposits accurately and quickly.
- To ensure that all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are compiled accurately and by required due dates.
