The Financial Management division performs a centralized cash analysis function for County departments, performs the County's debt management function and reviews and reports the County's Capital Improvement Program.

Financial Management reviews and analyzes the County cash position and reviews and reports on the County's Capital Improvement Program in conjunction with other departments.
Program Goals and Objectives
- To prepare and analyze monthly cash flow components for the major County departments.
- To report on the Capital Improvement Program.
