Administrative Review Submittal Requirements

Note: Bolded items are required for Administrative Completeness determination when applicable to project.
  • Alert!! Depending on project scope, your application may require prior approval of separate external department processes from Regional Flood Control District (RFCD), Regional   Wastewater Reclamation Department (RWRD), Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) or Department of Transportation (DOT).
  • Letter of Authorization from pool designer
  • Submit PDF file of completed “Model Master Application.
  • Submit PDF file of Site Plan with model number, elevation, and options.
  • PDF file of soils report when footings are placed on fill.

  •  Setbacks from the property lines to the new and existing construction.
  • Square footage for the pool and/or spa
  • Existing and proposed topography.
  • Location of all utilities  and walls/fences.
  • Provide limits of graded area, clearly marked, and location of all proposed structures including fences, walls, pool, septic system, and utilities (if applicable, show location and method of connection to public sewer).
  • If grading is required, provide height and steepness of cut and fill slopes, methods of stabilization on graded areas and slopes (rip rap slopes steeper than 3H: 1V, re-vegetate slopes 3H: 1V or less). 
  • Lots with slopes of 15 percent or greater are subject to the provisions of the HDZ (Hillside Development Overlay Zone) Ordinance. Provide HDZ checklist and spread sheet
