  • Meeting Room Reservations

Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation offers a number of convenient, well-maintained meeting rooms at various community centers throughout the region, from Mount Lemmon to Ajo. Enjoy these resources by having your next birthday party, wedding, quinceañera, meeting, corporate event, or other gathering at one of our many locations.

Room sizes and rental rates vary by location. Please contact the community center of your choice for more information. Renter is responsible for all set-up and clean-up, and the person renting the facility must be present at the function at all times and will be responsible for the condition of the room during its use and until the upon completion of the event. Park amenities located outside of the facility are not for the exclusive use of the renter. Other conditions apply. Please review the room rental permit and rules carefully, and ask staff if you have any questions. Complete the customer information in the below permit and email it to Kelly.Cheeeseman@pima.gov, and staff will contact you with information on availability and fees.
