  • Combining Site Instruments Into a Single Submittal

Should clients wish for the County to review multiple site instruments simultaneously in order to consolidate documents and reduce overall approval timeframe, we now have a process to accommodate the following combinations:
    • Tentative Plat/Final Plat
    • Tentative Plat/Site Construction
    • Tentative Plat /Final Plat/Site Construction
In order to submit these combinations:
The initial application email to the County needs to describe exactly what is being requested
The application package should reflect all administrative review requirements from each applicable instrument checklist prior to the County initiating substantive review
The drawings may be included as a single package or as separate packages for each instrument, at applicant’s discretion

For information regarding the overall process, please see:
Combined site submittals shall be assessed fees as follows:
    • Tentative Plat/Final Plat: full fees for Tentative Plat; “Final Subdivision Plat” and “Addressing” fees only for Final Plat
    • Tentative Plat/Site Construction: full fees for Tentative Plat; grading fee only for Site Construction
    • Tentative Plat /Final Plat/Site Construction: full fees for Tentative Plat; “Final Subdivision Plat” and “Addressing” fees only for Final Plat; grading fee only for Site Construction
