  • Community Action Agency Advisory Board Information

The Pima County Community Action Advisory Board is a Tripartite board that includes equal representation from the public official sector, private sector, and low-income community. Board members fully participate in the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program to effectively serve low-income communities.

Public/private partnerships are central to the Community Services Block Grant program network and this focus is reinforced by the statutory requirement that CSBG-funded agencies, known as Community Action Agencies (CAAs), be governed by a board of directors.
