    Beat Cancer Boot Camp Exercise for Everyone

    With classes held various times weekly, there is a class for everyone. The exercise can be modified for all fitness levels. For those just getting started with their exercise routine there is a Basic Training Class and a Walking Group. Bring water, a towel for exercises done on the ground, and wear appropriate exercise clothing and shoes. For classes held at Brandi Fenton Park and the Northwest Community Neighborhood Park the cost is $25 for an eight-week session (8 classes) or come twice a week for $40 (16 classes). No need to wait for the beginning of a session, join us now and take charge of your life!     Mommy (or Daddy) and Me Kung Fu (Ages 2-4)

    Our Mommy and Me Kung Fu class offers an introduction to martial arts for children ages 2-4. Moms, Dads, Nannies, Grandparents, etc. will have a great time in this unique bonding experience. Your child will learn martial arts and fitness fundamentals while improving their motor, listening and social skills. Materials fee of $5 is paid to the instructor at the first class.     Kung Fu & Fitness – Beginner Adult

    Learn the basic techniques of traditional ChangQuan Kung Fu. Instructors are certified 34th generation Shaolin disciples. Course will cover fitness conditioning, technique refinement, formal routines (kata) and self-defense training. The course will also cover fitness drills and exercises.     Qigong

    Qigong is a very low impact exercise similar to Tai Chi. The focus is on proper breathing and alternating periods of muscle relaxation and tension.     Qigong is a moving meditation exercise system that can hold many benefits for people with ADD/ADHD. The visualizations and harmonious movements fit well with creative, bright minds.
